Background
Jennifer is an associate in the firm's Business Law, Real Estate & Land Development, and Wills and Estates team.
Jennifer is experienced in all aspects of greenfields and brownfields development, including land acquisition; subdivision and planning matters; and construction of industrial, commercial, residential and condominium properties. She has also acted for various financing matters, from simple residental and commercial mortgages to complex development financing. She is also experienced with acquisitions, dispositions and restructurings.
Jennifer has experience in helping companies incorporate, drafting management contracts, joint venture agreements and financing growth. She has worked on corporate reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions.
Jennifer is also involved in all aspects of estate planning, wills, trusts and estate administration. Jennifer offers will preparation along with expert advice on estate planning, freezes, administration and tax considerations.
