Background
Nick is a senior partner of the firm and a member of the corporate/commercial practice group. He offers significant practical business oriented legal advice accumulated from fifteen years as a practicing engineer involved in the commercial management of large construction projects in Africa, Europe and North and South America .
He has experience in the use of trusts as an estate management and estate-tax planning tool and restricts the litigation aspect of the above areas of the law to Tax Appeals to the tax and Federal Courts of Canada, corporate disputes, security enforcement, construction lien and rental and tenant disputes.
