Paul Bauerle, a lifetime resident of St. Catharines is a member of Chown, Cairns LLP's litigation team. Paul will provide to you aggressive and experienced representation in all personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, and slip and fall matters, dealing with all types of injuries including brain, head, neck, back, and spinal cord injuries. Paul has extensive experience in litigation matters at all levels of the Court including the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
Additionally, Paul can provide competent and effective representation to those individuals who are charged with criminal or drug related offences.
Paul also has extensive legal experience in issues arising from the breakdown of a marriage or a common law relationship including matters of custody, access, support and division of matrimonial or community property.
Evening and weekend appointments can be easily arranged as well as home visits should the need arise.
